Im bad at laning, good at team-fighting/late game

Can someone give me some champions that will fit my playstyle?

I don't often win my lane, but I'm a decent cs-er, I can cs under tower. It's the skirmishes w/ enemy champs in the early that make things difficult, or the 1v1s that I'm bad at.

Any suggestions? Please include helpful tips about suggested champ, that'd be nice :) thx
