If you look closely, she already started casting it before you silenced her. Stuff like Ezreal, Lux or Cassio ult cant be interrupted once they start casting it unless you kill them.

One of the lesser known things about League is that some abilities do not get silenced if they started casting before you silenced them.

Ezreal is a good example. If you play Soraka long enough you'll regularly see him blink out of your silence for example. A similar interaction happens with his ult. If he casts it half a second before your silence, then it goes off.

On top of that Soraka's E is known to be wonky sometimes.

Yea, its tight - but I think the Cass started it early enough for the ability to trigger. A silenced champion can't activate abilities, but abilities that are mid-activation will fire off.

Also, Cass's Ultimate has a HUGE activation window. I'd give it to her in this case.

Some abilities will ignore secondary cc if they are queue'd up during a primary one. In this case the stun on cassie hit, she pressed r, your silence hits as she is unstunned, her ult goes off since it was queue'd during the stun.

Idk an exact list of champs that can queue up abilities like that, but singed (e) and jayce (melee q) come to mind off the top of my head.

Edit: Eh there is maybe a tenth of a second after the stun ends for her to ult too. The bug above is a possibility though.
