Riot i have a major issue with the ranked queue and it needs to be changed

I am currentley in silver 5 and im trying my best to make my way to gold, i know i have the capability to do so after the having many wins and having a major dominance and carry potential in majority of the games i play, my only problem right now is that im losing games strictly because im getting my secondary position choice when queueing majority of the time, now i main jungle and when i play jungle i am able to carry whether my team loses their lanes or not. my secondary is top which i much less prefer not because im not as good but because i dont have the capability to carry the team to win if the jungler is not capable to do so. iv now had 4 games in a row as top when i basically pray for jungle. iv be beaten to the jungle role by players who are not very good. i still win my lane but i cannot carry a team when im stuck in top lane for the majority of the game and i cannot lead the team to objectives or create ganks like im capable of doing when jungling. out of these 4 games iv been given top my jungler has each game been the weakest link and definitely not capable of leading the team. my conclusion for this is, jungler in this meta is most usually the leader of the team now im not saying i do not like this, i think its a great aspect of the game, but in ranked queues i think there should be some way to give players who have a good record of leading the team and playing the jungle the way it should be played, priority when queue in ranked. if the jungler is the most important role from what i know, then there needs to be changes made, its hard enough to lead/carry team that are not compatible and a team that doesnt work together but its a whole different story when you cant rely on your jungler to gank or push objectives. i am capable of winning 90% of games as jungler and im capable of winning lane in top 90% of my games aswell but yet i lose 75% of games when im top.

that's not an issue with the matchmaking system. That's a personal issue. The key to winning games in top lane is, quite frankly, completely reliant on your champion, if they can splitpush, do that all game. if they can't, teamfight as soon as you see everyone grouping mid and PROTECT THE ADC' not much else to it.[slayer-jinx-catface]

That's all on you bud. Learn how to carry or stay silver. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

You know, that sounds like more of a personal issue. If you claim to be a god in spot, then meh in another, that really shows you aren't as adaptable as you claim to be as a jungler.

Top lane is where I thrive. And I can tell you, there's nothing scarier to an enemy team then a Garen who's gotten twelve kills split pushing while his team is pushing mid. They have to divide their forces to stop both you and your team, and once you notice they are headed your way, teleport to a different lane and push that one.

Or you can play Teemo top, and make people fear coming towards your lane with your shrooms so it's just you and your lane opponent because they know if a gank comes, he's going to hit a shroom on the way to you and you can just go back to tower safely and wait til he leaves.
