i just dodged a game because of an obvious loss, why did i get penalised with 20 lp, i was expecting 3 and even if i had dodged in the past 24 hours which i havent i expected 10. im so angry about this please someone explain this to me?

Doesn't say anything about a 24hr leeway.
If a player dodges in a normal game and then dodges in a ranked game, the penalty for the ranked dodge will be the same as if there were two dodges.
From what I understand, if you do dodge a normal game and then a ranked, you'll get -20lp.
Either that or you didn't accept queue too many times.
