Anyone know of a good champ to solo carry late game?

Im a jungle/Top main i mostly play tanks but lately i have been trying to figure out how im getting out of silver cause i got out of bronze spamming zac and i had a 80%? win rate it worked well cause my chain cc was so strong they didnt know what to do but now that im in silver idk what happened its like my teams are doing worse at using my cc to kill them and their teams are doing a better job avoiding my cc. I have been trying to learn jax in norms and i feel like he is really powerful and that im getting really good with him i was able to 1v1 a mastery 7 cait who was 10/0 at like 15 min in with out red smite, and i was behind 2 items. but i dont know if Jax was the right pick does anyone know of a good jungler who can hard carry a brain dead team in silver? or should i just duo with a good adc so me and them can duo carry? If you are good at Adc and are tired of brain dead teams like me add me and we can just push the game to late game and 2v5. (add me liiiy my name was a joke and i just dont feel like getting it changed but i am a guy)
