Honor leveling

Has any one leveled up and how many games has it taken you. I have played about 50 or so games in these last few weeks and no honor level at this point my i have like 3 chests and 2 key frags but from what i saw on the honor rewards now i can't just get a random chest and because i have my 2 key frags just from honor level 2 i won't be getting any more till i get level 3?
