A question in gifting

i was in the gifting store today and i was looking for a gift for my friend and i remembered that he hadn't boughten the chromas for morgana(his main) yet so i figured id get those for him but when i went to the gifting center to find i couldn't buy chromas but i could get just about everything else and i would like to know if chroma gifting will ever get added
