Evolving Recommended Items

I think it would be really cool if the recommended items evolved with the gameplay. Like if you are playing an out of meta pick like AD annie, it would be nice if the recommended items updated to coincide with your current build path. In theory it could even update based on the enemy's strongest champions and the items your team and the other team has built at this point. I know the amount of effort a project like this would take, but heck stick a couple of interns on it ;D.
