Kassadin

Kassadin become a supbar champion the moment Riot took his damage and replaced it with a shield.

If you expect to have fun nuking people and abusing mobility to snowball, you came too late, Kassadin no longer fulfills that fantasy.

Find a new champion to abuse (By abuse, I do not mean to attach a negative connotation, but rather a positive one).

Find a new champion with a fun ability to exploit (Veigar, Udyr etc). That's my advice to you. But if you want to insist on mobility, try Ezreal (Ahri received treatment similar to Kassadin's, her damage is not as satisfying as it used to be).
