I wonder how many people are going to get annoyed at how "broken" doom bots will be.

Some people are just impossible to please.

I doubt that there will be many "Thank you for Doombots Riot" posts but that is because everyone who likes the mode will be enjoying it, while people who don't like the mode will be complaining. It isn't that some people are impossible to please, it is that one cannot please two people with completely opposite preferences. Make those two people into 20,000 people and well, you can't please everyone no matter what you do and be sure that those who aren't pleased will complain.

i think alot of ppl that really liked doombots, will be satisfied but some might be disappointed in what they did to it. turning it from old doombots to some kind of nexus siege until a final boss spawns.

not really satisfied in that outcome but cant complain, atleast doombots are gonna be back.

I disagree. Although the boards thought it was garbage, I believe it is a case of observation bias. We majorly see posts from people who don't like a change because those who do like it are too busy using it, so we only see posts against ARURF but because of the bias, we never see anyone who is in favor of ARURF.

I enjoyed AR URF. I think you're right though. So many people complaining. My preference is regular URF though. It was a nice change of pace not being OP every game though

I'm genuinely curious on what the newer doom bots would do.

Especially Lulu. One does not simply turn her playstyle into a bot.

well, this is going to be interesting.

i know its a lot of work, but i hope some of these gamemodes will over time get their own maps. blacking out half of summoners rift for nexus defense and doom bots might work, but looks a bit sloppy and improvised.

I don't understand why people like this mode so much... it's just bots. No matter how difficult, they are just bots... there is nothing intriguing about it.

Because they changed it into a survival style game and the Bots deal some really ridiculous things, especially now that they added in curses and the Teemoing

As i said, no matter what they add, they are just bots... If i wanted to play against the computer, i'd play offline games.
