Loss Forgiven for AFKers and DCs (or at least LP reduction)
I have been getting tired of a lot of AFKs and DCs. What are you guys thoughts?

Your title makes it seem like you want to give afk'ers and Dc'ers the loss prevention. You might want to word it a little better.
Wouldn't work. Players will abuse it -shrugs-
