These two, I think, would require some excellent tactics to accomplish, but both of their ults aren't really necessary for them to succeed.

Assuming they are fed. There are many others, but these champions come to mind for killing an enemy champion in less than a second if they are ahead and built correctly, while excluding their ults, of course.
