the bottom should be unranked, not bronze

I spent most of the season out of bronze, thank god. However, I think the bronze division is a terrible place. No one is happy there, people do not have fun. It is basically a cesspool of everything wrong in league. Whenever I get queued with a bronze player, I now I'm going to have to do everything for that person. Why, because no one develops skills in bronze. Good play doesn't get rewarded. I made a new account and got placed into silver after spending 2 seasons in bronze 5/4. I get access to halfway decent games now. Being in bronze did nothing for my skills as a player, it just made aware of how bad and stupid some people are. There should be a point if you fail at bronze 5, you aren't allowed to play ranked for a while. You simply need time to get better, get a wider range of champions, or fix internet issues. That would allow the people in bronze to actually care about their accounts, and weed out the terrible people who ruin games. Bronze shouldn't be the dumpster that it is today. There should be a way to get out. I know riot probably wants to keep because people making new accounts = more money for them, but still it can be improved.
