I got a question, when do you buy Righteous Glory on a Jungle champ. I'm trying to get better at Jungling and I've seen High Elo streamers do it. I guess its good because of Tank Meta, good on tank champs but I'm still not sure.

Depends on the champion you play and who you are up against. Obviously if you lack a gap closer and are against an immobile team it's a great buy. Champions like Cho/Olaf among many others benefit a lot from it.
