[Gameplay] Thresh Bugg

Every time i play against or with a player in my team that uses Thresh i have a problem because when that person uses the W ability my image starts to move like when i have a drop in FPS, but i check the FPS and they are all right. Please help me solve this because this issue happens only when i have my Windowed Mode on Full Screen, when i have it on Windowed it doesn't happen but the issue in Windowed is that if i don't want to use the Y to have the camera on the champion i can't scroll down. Comment if it happened to you too. Thanks.
