RIOT PLZ??? Vi stealth nerf this patch???

So, i play a ton of Vi, just jungled her...and before this patch i used to be able to charge Q, flash, let go of Q for a wombo combo gank... this no longer works. Now if i flash with Q held down, it eliminates the Q as if it has already been shot off. If this is intended its a HUGE nerf on my main lady of the jungle...If not, i'd like to see the change reverted. Flash + Q you can make some awesome plays...

Before this patch

Q ---> flash ----> Q release as normal...

After this patch

Q ---> flash -----> Q goes to cooldown.
