This little shit is legit broken right now... at least with vayne you can beat her if you win early, but twitch has a solid 54% winrate at ALL points in the game. sure vayne can go off on your team, but at least you can see it coming and save your cc for her. comes out of nowhere and nukes your entire team all at once with a collateral dmg highest auto attack range in the game(not including caits head-shot). as long as you're not the one getting assassinated by vayne you can land your cc on her and maybe kill her with the rest of your team. you sure as hell can't do that with twitch cause you're not getting anywhere near close enough to cc range before you take 3000+ dmg late game.

You can't look at his stats and tell he he's not busted AF. 54% winrate at all points of the game, with only a 55 games average. games played winrate goes from 50-59%(though it's a bit weird cause he has so few players). compare that to vaynes 53% winrate(115 games) with a ramping winrate from 48-57% based on game length, and 52-54% based on games played. you could easily argue that twich is more OP than vayne right now. the only reason this isn't noticed is because no one plays twitch(cause he's gross) and EVERYONE plays vayne and she's more polarizing because of that.

"no one plays twitch(cause he's gross)" this really is the crux of it IMO. I always thought that he was a bit OP because of his ult and his stealth provides zero counter play. As an Eve main he breaks all the rules for why i think that Eves passive works on her and is't broken. If you ever looked at his stats from the past he has ALWAYs been sleeper OP. His winrate's were that of a much more "reliable" vayne going from 50-55% based on game length vs vaynes old winrate that was like 47ish-55%.

His popularity is still pretty low. He's incredibly vulnerable to Ranged CC and Poke and he's useless into organised teams until his R is dealing enough damage to multiple priority targets in teamfights.

I'll admit his lane phase is moderately stronger after the W changes, but there is still plenty of counterplay. He's not nearly as polarizing as Rengar or Vayne are right now. Start playing some Syndra or Veigar and you can zone him out of fights pretty hard since you force him to find a different point of approach, wait out the zone, or come forward into a dangerous position.

the problem with your 2 picks is with Syndra yes she has enough range, but her cc is slow meaning you will either be half dead(or full dead if twitch is any kind of fed) before you land the stun on him(also assuming he doesn't just dodge/flash it). Veigar has no where near the range needed to handle titch and his dmg(aside from Q ult) is even more delayed than syndras. The only real way to deal with twitch is to kill him before he stealth engages on your team. picking aggressive dive champs like Rengar Annie Ahri . champs that can find him and all in as soon as they see him out of position. otherwise there is no counter play. you can't see him and the instant you do it's already too late cause he's got his ult on with the attack speed boost and he's already got you. either you try to run at him and die(maybe land cc for your team) or you try to run and die anyway.

Riot is currently endorsing a bug that allows you to W E in such a way that it becomes partially invisible and ridiculously fast as 'intended gameplay' so idk how you can she her CC is 'slow'.

Watch Bjergsen's stream. He asked Riot himself prior to worlds whether it was a bug and they said it was an intended feature.

You need ranged engage with CC and burst damage. Most mages really. Possibly the best thing to make him useless is Malphite (kinda applies to every ADC but still)

Or you can just be gay and use Yasuo wall

[slayer-pantheon-thumbs] indeed lol he's countered pretty much the same way all other adcs are, its just MUCH harder do to his unmatched ranged and his stealth engage that really has no counter since the instant you see him he's already nuking you.
