Can you just delete Swain? not only OP but very sick user experience

After the minor nerf, 6.11 Swain is still way too OP. Not to mention he still has the highest win rate. He does not need any items and can have extreme sustainability, extrem damage, and hard CC. And laning with him is one word "sick". Made oppenents feel so sick and desperate. Just delete this champ. Please.
