Sion mana change feel like a nerf to you guys?

Title. It didn't seem like a big deal when I read the changes, in fact it seemed like a great change. In practice, however, I've realized that I'm running OOM MUCH quicker. I've never had mana issues with Sion until now.

After thinking about it, it's because I believe that the change doesn't account for the frequency of use of E. Even during and after team-fights I see the difference because you use your E to slow people so you can close in or catch people.

I believe the cost on E was overshot by 5 mana in order to be a re-balance. Any Sion players out there care to comment?

The Sion rework is fantastic - he is extremely viable. I do run out of mana occasionally, but I believe that's the POINT of having limited mana... you shouldn't be able to spam abilities forever. Additionally, I typically will build Spirit of the Ancient Golem, which allows me to gain a few hundred mana just from tanking a jungle camp for a few seconds.

Seriously. It's hard to beat a 5.5k HP, 210 armor, 200 MR Sion with a Frozen Mallet running around on Summoner's Rift. He can take ults to the face for his team and keep going. And when he dies? Well, you can STILL help your team.

Don't know why they increased the E costs at all.

If you want to LOWER the mana cost then actually lower the mana cost, don't put the mana stress back onto another skill...

Reminder that the Sion rework was not intended to produce a viable champion.

Yeah, they should revert that change. It makes no sense to me. If you want Sion to be less mana hungry then just make him less mana hungry.

E is just too good at waveclear+harass for ap atm for no drawback. the cooldown is short and it costs virtually nothing, by shifting the mana costs around ad sion shouldn't see too much at all in either the lane or jungle, yet it can't be used endlessly to harass the opponent down and still have plenty of mana left in the tank unless you built some mp5 to back it up.
