[GAMEPLAY] Sion "R" still causes "Q" to lock out

I have encountered both before and after the most recent patch that Sion still loses access to his "Q" directly after he uses his ultimate ability. "Q" cannot be accessed until the ultimate is used again, which seemingly causes it to fix itself.

The only thing I can think of that I do that may be different from the norm is prep W before I ult or during. Happens maybe once every 2-3 games.
