Take the wall jump off of it. No reason he should have an invis flash every 10 seconds or so. Its stupid and OP as fuck.

Alright. But I'll also want to be taking away Lee Sin's two wall jumps.
They could make the cooldown 60 seconds and you would still complain.
Shaco is squishy as fuck... Has a passive that only works when you are litterally licking the enemies butthole,
If he runs from you... good... you are lucky
Ok, you're pretty much saying get rid of all wall jumps they're op? 
And these aren't even counting the ones that need to have a target.
I.E. Shaco may be overloaded, but dashes and blinks aren't OP and Stupid.
how about we don't ruin a champion by removing his staple ability? k. check's OP's match history what do you know you just got demolished by a shaco as illaoi he must be op then if he can beat illaoi! did you even buy a pink ward at all? did you deep ward? more personal opinion here: funny how you mention stupid and OP af when you play illaoi and her entire kit is that way.
While we're at it, how about we also remove the untargetability from his ultimate.
And the fear from the box.
