Annie did not need a buff
Annie needs a nerf. Her damage and CC is far beyond whatever other champion I can think of. No other champ with the ability to CC like that can do nearly the damage she does. Tibbers needs a cast delay and the damage nerfed. Her Q needs to be skill shot. She is just too broken. She can wipe out an entire team on her own in seconds with no skill involved at all. I don't know why in the hell they made tibbers stick around after she died either. Its not like annie needed a buff.
and 
... But then again who don't fizz and Vayne counter. Her ult should either die extremely fast or only stay like 3 seconds, because 
will slow the enemy tib is pursuing and easily kill them in about 4 seconds by himself.
Please nerf Annie, as she did not need that ult/E buff...
