troll ditching

Riot again... why should non trolls have to ditch a game and get penalized with time and LP while the troll walks free with zero punishment? Why does one have to lose a game and more LP to be able to report a troll? Please please consider implementing a way to report these trolls and toxic players. Cause when you HAVE to play with them, it really makes your experience miserable.

You want to catch them, we want to report them, but cant without losing something, that doesnt seem fair.
