Stop the Matchmaking trolls!!

... And again i have to ditch a game cause someone wanted to troll. I get punished for it with my 5 minutes, while he goes happly off to troll another game. Now how does that go into the RIOT sportsmanlike gameplay?

Yo really have to put a way to report trolls during matchmaking, thats where toxic gameplay begins.
