How to Win as Jg?
I'm mainly a jungler, but the majority of my ranked game goes the same for me, all 3 lanes lose, if I camp one they still do nothing and we end up losing all of our towers before 20 mins. What do I do in these situations

not much you can do when all lanes lose.
Here's a tip though, - try to focus on what you CAN control.
You can control some of the map by placing wards in enemy's jungle, so that people are less likely to get ganked/ see where Enemy Jungler is.
You can also control what Junglers you play. Play Junglers with CC, to ensure successful ganks.
You can also camp whom ever you think will carry your team to victory.. or vice versa.. camp an enemy that has to snow-ball to do well. (example: killing a draven with 200 stacks, not only tilts the player but since the champion is so reliant on snow-balling and getting that early gold, you're setting him back drastically)
Also, try to plan out your moves. ( if you gank top and its successful your next move should be to take herald or establish enemy jungle vision, always talk to yourself and make sure you're focusing on objectives and not aimlessly roaming the map)
Be more proactive.
Gank earlier and more aggressively. When you're in such a losing situation that early in the game, you really have nothing to lose going for those big risky plays if the pay off is great. Try to coordinate and predict the enemy Jungler if they're the active element of the enemy team's success. Or pay attention to the laning style and figure out when a given lane is in danger, and hover in the area every time you suspect action.
