Is Twitch strong?

No.

He does have a solid lategame, but his early/mid are atrocious and likely he'll be too far behind by lategame anyway.

Here's the deal, if you don't get atleast one kill before 5 mins you're screwed till late game. However with a equal(erm... behind) Twitch it's really difficult to get to late game.

Yeah he's good. get botrk, youmouu's or a pd and ie and you're set.

no he is not, his early to mid game is digustinly weak. his late game is very lack luster compared to other late game chanps such as tristana, jinx, vayne. who have good early games and amazing late game
