Buff champions with no place in the meta
I was talknig to some friends avbout how some champions are worse than the new champions like gnar and arent worth playing, so we should buff them?

Depends on what you call meta and which champions... Hyper carries and cc peel tanks are one meta which we had a little while back. There is no reason to nerf them as that meta will most likely come back. Same goes for bruiser tops vs. lane bullies top, and mages vs. assassins mid. There is no reason to buff something just because they are not in the meta right now.
On the other hand there are some champions which are not played because they have too many weaknesses... this i believe is more due to pros not playing them due to limitations in high level (where mobility is at a very high value) and thus they never become FotM. Still some of them might need buffs but there are still some of them which are not buffable.... poppy is a good example of that and that is why we have the champ up team reworking them.
