Riven can stick onto you and you can't shake her no matter what. Rakan has too many dashes.
fair mobility :
pretty much everyone that gives up something for their dash or have conditional dashes that requies something like hitting a skillshot
for example ahri and evelynn will burn their ultimates for using their mobility leaving them with a really low kill pressure and 1 vs 1 potential for a while this is healty,you can play around it,dodging their kit will punish them since it's an ultimate with a long CD (aka even if you are immobile but you could deny their all in you are rewarded),if they use it as "i fked up button" they get punished also they can't use them costantly so they have to think before using them
now let's compare them with le blanc,she W,if something went wrong she blinks back and her W is almost up again,for the worst scenarios she have her low CD ult and/or flash,trying to punish her for a mistake is a nightmare since even if she missplayed she's anyway safe and dodging her W only means she have to wait few seconds so she can do it again like nothing is happened (it doesn't really reward playing around her kit)
or katarina/yasuo that costantly dash around making them almost impossible to even target with your mouse,who care if they waste a dash it have almost no CD...they don't have to worry about anything which is not greed going too deep without vision
. His fourth shot boost is so large it lets him outrun skillshots. Once he gets a crit item or two he gets that boost on every shot, making him both inescapable and really hard to hit with anything that isn't instant.
Low cooldown spams that makes them stronger than they should be.
Jumps on you, gets to fucking stun you and kill you while you're stunned. Oh and doesn't he have some sort of shield thingy while channeling his jump/stun on you?

Based on your list you believe that any form of dashes are unfair mobility. Literally zero people agree with you there.
