Jungle Problems

In my last few games, I've seen people desperately attempt to talk their walk out of getting jungle, such as profusely exclaiming they were a top/mid main and could not jungle for their lives.

When questioned, these players responded: "It's not that I haven't learned to jungle, it's that I just can't jungle anymore with the changes to jungle items."

This must be a message. Riot wants us to pursue a new meta.
