Kassadin now has a minimum of 1.2 cooldown on his ultimate at Level 16 only using his own items and abilities. You guys asked for Kassadin to "return to being a champion". Riot has delivered.

All that mobility with no damage and incredible mana costs. Take everything into account, not just a simple 1.2 sec cd with max CDR.

You don't need to ban him for like the first week since most people will still build him full glass.
