[UPVOTE THIS FOR ATTENTION] ALL LANGUAGES GLOBALLY IS A MUST

Hello League Boards please upvote to get awareness LETS MAKE A DIFFERENCE FOR ONCE, This is a very serious issue that riot still neglects after years of asking and un-rightful bans. Global freedom to pick which language you prefer in game and not getting locked out because of region.

Why is this an Issue, for any player who have moved from one country to another, or mainly speaks one particular language thats not supported in your region, IT SUCKS. Imagine being in NA Canada where we have TWO main languages but only english is available. This is in fact a spit in the face to everyone who speaks Canadian French. Recently moved into another country but don't want to have to learn the language just to play A GAME? Sorry said riot.

Now you might be thinking, "hmm but people can change their language by editing the .exe properties or in the game files." Yes. But as I have researched and ASKED, Riots response in all places ive found one: "RISK OF BEING BANNED"

You Risk being banned, over something that I consider a PLAYERS RIGHT to have access too. Its embarrassing that I am warned of being banned because I wish to read/play with another language. Indie devs and other triple A games let THE PLAYER choose there language, you don't get auto forced via your region. The other concern is for people who move to new countries but may have learning difficulties, imagine not being able to play your favorite game JUST because you are not able to read anything in your region LOCKED language with the added tragedy that you are unable to even learn that new language.

I REALLY hope riot sees this so please upvote, even if you don't particularly care. This is a big deal and as this is the largest game on the internet it is shocking how they make it more and more not user friendly as time passes. LETS MAKE THE BOARDS IN PROTEST OVER THIS ISSUE...also DIO VOICE ACTOR is JP SETT VOICE ACTOR TOO SO WEEB'S & GAMER'S UNITE.
