I have seen him heal from 25% to almost full from 1 q (on a minion) I hope they dont nerf my new 1 trick XD

I would nerf the E first, personally. The slow make it so hard for champions to get away. I kind of feel it's a little too strong. The base damage on his W is pretty high as well for how huge it gets and for the CC it provides.
Nunu is a CC bot so nerfing his CC would be counterproductive.
The heal probably needs a serious reduction against non-monsters though. He needs it for jungling but in teamfights or lane is lol immortality.
