Just started playing him. seems very good and has a reset on the main gap closer and damage dealer, Q. Also has a bunch of "steroid stats".
My question is, does the league community view him as OP (i know he got nerfed a while ago) because playing with him seems almost too easy. I'm aware of the term, "getting Olaf'd" as a nerf term. Please keep the discussion as civil as you could with a League n00b...

Well you said it yourself, his steroid stats.
In my opinion, i think he's op by all the combat engagement and benefits he have. Example, his q slows the target by like 1000% then when he pick it up, it's an instant refresh. On top of that his passive increases his attack speed base off the percentage of health he's missing WITH THE Q SLOWING DOWN THE CHAMP, and the opposing champ is defending/fighting back. He's getting more attack speed to kill **YOU **faster
And lets not talk about his E that does a ton of true damage. ~Phreak would approve
