Runes and Mastery customization...

Hey, I don't comment in the forums too often, but I wanted to ask. Is there any push for opening a app on either this website, or on another platform to customize your runes and masteries? I often find myself wanting to change them or edit them while sitting around waiting to do things I.E. in between class. It would be great if we could have more access to change them. I personally just want to jump right in instead of editing my pages again and again. If this topic has another thread please just let me know, I could not find one. I know there would be issues such as making sure someone can't change them while in game, but I think Riot should give this some though. What do you think?
