Lenovo

Hey! I am sure a billion people have asked this, yet there are not any direct reviews or answers to this question. Does anyone know if I got the basic Lenovo Yoga 3 or the Surface Pro 3 would I be able to play League of Legends at 30 FPS with any settings? I am looking at getting one or taking notes in class. ( I want one for my physics and chem classes so I can write equations with my notes :D while adding images...). I also want to be able to play some LoL on the go some days when I'm not home. Please don't reply if you are just going to tell me to take notes in a notebook .
