Why is Yasuo's E not getting a change?

Personally I think that the champion Yasuo's E (E - Sweeping Blade) needs a change. I as a player find the ability, while semi-nessecary to make the champion worth anything at all to play, is extremely unhealthy. The ability to dash through anything with a health bar that isn't blue or a ward is in my opinion largely unfair. While I'm not wanting the ability gutted at least concider giving it a cooldown that can actually be concidered fair for others to play against, such as adding an extra 2 seconds to the CD or something. Well since I know this isn't going to get read I'm out. P.S. anyone who faces a Yas just wants to fill this item with tears of their own most of the time.
