I hate to say this but Yasuo feels balanced compared to other champions

Yes, the league's most hated character and also one of my most hated characters feels balanced in terms of how overloaded other things are. I remember the times I "cried" every single soloqueue game "fkin Yasuo is every game" not depending on meta, everyone did great job on him cause be honest most of the population lives to play only him whenever he is open, but now...

Irelia is better then Yasuo, every aspect, -5 movement speed is joke mostly because her dashes doesn't have scaling on movement speed like Yasuos.

Ekko is busted piece of crap, I really don't think this champion should be this long pick/ban.

If someone happens to ban Ekko, oh there are Lee Sin, Kha'Zix all desperately begging for nerfs.

Yi, Jax, Trynda (2 of them are toplaners but who cares) can't wait for their mid to late game powerspikes cause assassins will have 18 kills even if they completely fail their early game.

Drafts aren't funny anymore, you ban champion who is your kryptonite, but there are 17 others cheesy early picks that never falls off due to drakes/runes idk, everything has scaling nowadays, also why would I play something for late game when early game is broken and you may never see that late game.

Drafts in preseason 10 be like:

My team: Top: Akali (why not, shits on everything, most broken kit in the game besides Ekko's) Jg: Lee Sin (omg they didn't banned my Lee Sin, time to show some Korean mechanics to my teammates even if my dmg is busted now so I don't have to do flashy plays) Mid: Zed (one of the icons who was smiling like Joker or idc while he saw his toplaner locking Akali in cause he can finally play his Zed without his team trashtalking him for being full AD comp) ADC: Kai'sa (no sense to play anything else if this c####r is open "fuck the meta i have invisibility dash shield and I can build Zhonya's :D ) Sup: Thresh ( playmaker, knows everything, his skill is so insane that he hooks himself into 4 of them gives lantern than dies along with the person who is stupid enough to follow up his incredible play)

Enemy team: Top: Vayne ( even if my champ sucks, I still have Gosu godlike mechanics and I will beat Akali by counterpicking her instant regret) Jg: Elise (hmmm what can be as "skillful" as Lee, god damn they took Lee Sin from me, prepare for skilled jg matchup fu#k entire map, just trying to 1v1 Lee whole game) Mid: any other assassin (even if mage items are broken they have no killpressure lvl 1-3 so I'll stick to my Fizz, even if I fall behind I am so busted I will ks one kill and finish my protobelt and start oneshoting while I escape every skillshot cause I am Faker in this game) ADC: Xayah/Ezreal/Aphelios (only champions that have seelfpeel in this meta are playable as adc's so I can't blame them, also thank you Worlds 2k19) Supp: Pyke/Senna (I am going to screw the rules and build lethality cause it's easiest way for me autofilled assassin main to carry my useless teammates, oh yeah and fk autofill system, I don't wanna play this trash role)

So yeah, Yasuo isn't even main character of the league anymore, and riot should stop making excuses (But moBiliTy Isn'T oVerLoAdeD, JuSt PlAy AniVia AnD puT A WALL inTO 1000 MS SKarnEr AnD coMpleTely RuiN hiM) Best wishes in 2020

Most people complained about yasuo not because he's OP, balanced or UP but because he's fucking infuriating to play against, he could have a 0% winrate and I'd still rather afk at base than fight against a yasuo.

I cant speak for everyone else but i do not hate Yasuo because he is overpowered, i hate him for two different reasons.

First up, Windwall, ability is either useless or broken beyond belief depending on matchup like.....you mentioned Irelia right? Irelia literally cannot do anything against a good Yasuo since she needs to stack her passive off minions them combo enemy to kill them if she is not fed but Yasuo can block her R and his windwall cancells her E even if the stun is already in progress.

Then he just slaps her to death.

Honorable mention to his ult providing armor pen which means your options for counterbuilding his damage are reduced, this to ensure he remains viable even against absolutely as much as possible for some reason.

Second is that despite being a high skill champ supposedly he has a bunch of safety mechanics in his kit to coddle him like the refreshing shield when ulting, being able to ult off any knockback for "wombo potential" without having to risk himself for it, his R positioning as safe as possible if ulting under a tower and lastly, his windwall spawn mechanics.....

Like hell, i have seen a Yasuo block an Ashe R when throwing his W in the opposite direction, that´s how bullshit it is, in addition his ult range is not really short either!

But? His Q is not OP, his passive shield is not OP nor are his dashes or even his scaling or R that much, he just has too many "support wheels" built in to help and enable him that makes dealing with him much more frustrating than it should be, but even then he is not OP or the worst in general.

As for Irelia, i cant say she´s OP at all i mean she hard loses to most melee matchups, tanks included if she cant cheese them early and even Yasuo beats the shit out of her.

The only thing i´d call great about her is that she can beat Akali if you play it really well and that´s it, but god forbid you make any mistake or she gets a freeze off because then you are a melee glass cannon that can never go near her, honestly only Fiora is any worse thanks to her max hp true damage.

No, don't! THis has been riots strategy since they got the first backlash for Yasuo, they just shoot out broken stuff one after another in order to make u think "hmm, maybe he isn't so bad". He is bad! Just because because a wound from an harpoon is worse, does not mean a stabbing wound from a knife isn't bad. Don't let them fool u! [sg-ahri-1]

Just like most champions, he is simply out of meta. He is not Aatrox (aka belongs nowhere, in no meta) nor Akali (aka belongs everywhere, in every single damned meta no matter what). He is strong in the right hands and even in pro play, he can be played effectively in some metas. His kit is very strong and awful to play against and due to that, the slightest mistake in lane can cost you a death. But that does not mean he is overpowered.

You know there is a problem when the games where neither side bans Yasuo are becoming more and more common (or at least for me it's been that way).

If you ever experienced the bug with Yasuo's windwall, you'd probably hate the champ. I'll get to the bug later.

Yasuo is not hated because of his balance and all. Quantum physics is not really required to figure out how to play against him and in fact, it's more frustrating to play with a Yasuo than against. The funny thing about Yasuo is that due to how overloaded and how much powerful tools he has in his kit, he can drive the player into arrogance and play recklessly thinking he's in god mode and invincible and therefore we end up with a 0/10 Yasuo. If you ask me, an ally yasuo is more toxic than an enemy Yasuo.

Anyway, there was a bug that happened to me when playing against an enemy Yasuo. I was playing Vel'Koz. Me and my team were winning a trade vs the Yasuo and his team and me and my team were chasing them. He casted his windwall forward and kept on running (it was mid lane pushing to inhib turret), naturally the obvious thing to do is cross the windwall or stay away from it and cast my combo right? Yeah well, I went past through the windwall and when I was away from it (like 2-3 teemos away), I casted my combo (I was in range of hitting him too) but my abilities didn't cast out and nothing happened and instead the sound that the windwall makes when it blocks a projectile happened. And I was literally AWAY from the windwall. It was like behind me but far away and too far away to block anything. As far as this goes...the enemy team back up came, and the escaping team turned and killed us all. That bug happened 2 or 3 times in that single match and it literally and I mean LITERALLY, that windwall bug costed me the team fights and the game itself. Naturally I was tilted. Almost snapped my laptop in 2.

And you expect people to stay quiet about Yasuo and not complain about him? I honestly can't blame them and their complaint are valid enough to begin with.

lol you know, when it clicks for someone how to go about beating yasuo they will never complain about the champion again. same applies to the rest of the roster.

Correction he is still broken, but so is the new level of champs. He only feels better because his early game isn't all that great, people know how to play against him early game (which is to just not play and sit away from your wave). This, in addition to the fact hes the most popular champion and most players choke when playing him. But that doesn't make it better. He is the golden standard of champions and him being broken means every new rework, every new champion, will be too. What can every new champion do? Still kill you because of absurd numbers when they go 0/6, also meaning they power stomp if they manage to go 6/0, moreso than others. Akali, AAtrox, Senna, Aphelios, Zoe, Qiyana, Sylas, Neeko, Pyke, Kaisa. These are the most recent 10 champions, minus Yuumi who is an enchanter and also hot pile of garbage. ALL of them are assassins. ALL of them have MASSIVE scaling and abusrdities (zoe range, pyke execute, qiyana half-map stun, Akali shroud, etc)

Every single one of the 10 champions above can fight you when behind, ahead, it doesn't matter. Most of the time the only counterplay you get is if THEY mess up. You don't really get a say, which is exactly like Yasuo. Ask any pro player what is Yasuo counter? Stay at your tower and wait for him to mess up.

Yeah. That's where we're at in the game. 11 Champions who run the game and 100 others that just wait out the storm. Is there a solution? Delete them probably. OR something I know Riot won't do is make these champions (Hard) difficulty TRUE by removing failsafes in the champs kit. Akali only gets 1 ult charge for disengage or reengage, shroud only stealths 2 times. Yasuo no longer gets a passive shield to forgive mess ups in lane. Aatrox doesn't heal his entire health bar on a lucky Q. Senna doesn't get to deal 50% of your health in 1s while healing herself and her ally at the same time. etc.

You might argue this ruins these champions identity. Well their identity ruins league so I guess that's where we are.

I agree. Yasuo is super balanced compared to bullshit now a days Akali Aphelios (thank god CertainT is no longer on league team. Good lord dont come back...)

Anyhow. Only thing Yasuo needs now, is his double crit passive removed and hes LITERALLY completely balanced. I'll take his windwall. Just remove the fucking 1600 gold free passive. Plus 2 free item slots from a passive. It's so bizarrely bullshit at this point.

Only reason you don't see complaints about him is because midlaners are the ones crying about him and since he's now moved down to bot lane, it will take some time for the cries to return.
