Mobility is overloaded in this game

You play mobile character and you will really find easy way to get kills and, no I am not talking on mobile champions like Skarner who runs so fast and Anivia blows him of with her wall (thanks riot balance team for these wise comparation), I am talking about Katarina, Irelia or whatever champion has incredible amount of dashes on very short cooldowns.

This meta isn't interesting. Please riot nerf damage of constant dash champions it's too unfair that your one shot potential comes from a direct hit dash/blink to you. They can pass through everything to come to fed person and one-shot em with not much counterplay.

League is dynamic place. I don't enjoy it, but that is my problem, I love old league where the most mobile champion was Le Blanc and still wasn't this braindead mobile because you couldn't get 40% cd this early and this easy, but you need to return old strategy part of the league.

If I wanted to watch the movie from black screen with my 4 teammates and 4 opponents, where my Ekko and enemy Fizz are deleting everything while having insane amount of mechanics and brain, I would never buy ticket for that movie.

I think what the OP is getting at.. and it is true..

Is that a mobility champion should not be doing the damage amounts that they are doing..

there has to be a trade off.. mobility is great, but they should not be doing as much damage as low mobility..

But it really comes down to the fact that the damage creep is causing issues everywhere.

mobility is flashy. Mobility makes the plays. Mobility pulls in viewers/players.

Mobility would have been fine if some Champions kits were not overloaded.

Real fun is when you need to look out for 3-5 jumpers/assassins on enemy team and they still are solid in team-fights/objectives.

They need to revert all the reworks done to assassins ASAP, the assassin update was a mistake long-term.

Seriously, Katarina Akali Rengar Talon Evelynn all flopped in regards to gameplay health. They are now all able to kill you whenever with little to no requirements or limitations, and with some of those champions having those limiters removed (such as Rengar with his ferocity going down from 5 to 4 and allowing him to gain a ferocity stack just for using his passive) and the main problem is their added mobility.

Kat went from having 1 blink at a time to 3-4 while in combat, Rengar went from being kite-able around bushes to nye unstoppable while around bushes thanks to the range increase, Akali went from having 1 reliable escape to 3 reliable escapes and 1 unreliable escape (and another if you count passive movement and Q slow), Evelynn got her new ult which is literally a "I just decimated your health bar and got out for free" ability, and Talon got his Parkour ability (E) which is arguably the single best mobility option in the game.

Revert the assassin reworks and we're already off to a good start, oh, and revert Irelia too while you're at it.

Mobility would be fine if those champions didn't also have crowd control, executes, and crazy damage on that 1 ability.

Katarina is fine because she don't have much else besides high damage and her E. That is pretty conditional on cooldown if she does 1) get a kill or 2) pick up a dagger.

Other champions like Qiyana are not okay because she has 2 dashes in basic abilities on pretty low cooldowns. She can also root execute or even stealth in basic abilities too. Then, she has that crazy stun on ult.

Also, if Riot wanted to make other champions that used the powerful cc known as grounding, it would make these mobile champions less of a problem. Since only about 2 champions have grounding in their kit.

It would have been cool if Morgana's W had grounding.

Mobility has been over loaded for a long time. I remember when a dash or a blink was unique to a champion Now every one and their mother has a Dash and gap closer.

it honestly makes champs like jinx kinda useless.. now cause every thing can get all up in them teets

If people want something done about Assassins, its going to have to be done through tanks. They need to be able to counter Mages again. The Rock Paper Scissors of balance doesnt currently exist right now because Riot took the Rock and tossed it out the window because its "boring". Sometimes the most boring thing is the most crucial thing to balance, Balance Team.

Member the assassin rework? There was a line in the patch notes (which I've completely forgotten, but I remember the gist), it said, that assassins were reworked so that enemies have a time window to react

For talon it was his 3 stack passive, for kata it was the falling daggers, for LB it was the mark that was slowly being applied, and so on. Then people didn't like that and declared that assassin rework was the worst class rework ever seen. So riot acted accordingly. If anyone is to blame, it's the community. Players (especially casual players) love one-shooting everything, it gives them a sort of power that makes them feel good.

I'm not arguing about the execution of the said rework by the way, sure it had its problems but its intentions were good.
