Why you can't just let us be able to concede before 20 minute, Riot?

I mean I don't care if there will be no gold/xp reward if it changed to that.

So many games, 5 minutes in, someone quits and never connect again, and the rest of my team are forced to play a 4v5 or 3v5 game that's basically lost already.

Can you just develop a system that detects that a team is missing member and therefore there should be no time limit for conceding?

Upvote for ARAM/Dominion; game lasts half as long on average, we should be able to surrender at the 10m mark.

Feel like this isnt the right issue, the real issue is someone leaving, resulting in 4v5 all game, BUT THE GAME KEEPS GOING. The game should just cancel once someone afks/dcs for over 5 minutes from any point after the 2 minute mark (when the game "begins" somewhat)
