OP thread

1. Why Lucian's early game dmg still not nerfed yet? The projectile speed of his Q is so fast, which makes that spell nearly undodgeable.

2. Started playing league from like Dec. 2011, and nowadays with so many these OP new champions there's still 20 minute mark rule for conceding, which sucks.

3. I generally want to AFK/Rage quit if my team is so behind and when making comback is basically impossible, like 2 to 15 in kills or something, but you're just not allowed to do that since there's report system.
