Shen Q needs to deal dmg
He needs more dmg abilities so his sword should deal dmg with his q. Riot, if your reading this, please make it happen.

WTF are you talking about?
You Press Q, you get 3 Enhanced Basic Attacks. It DOES do damage. And gets the chance to add a Slow with it.
What they need to do is change his sorry ass back to Old Shen.
why? its suppose to be weak early game but it really shines later in the game.
