Rocket belt is going to be completely game warping and everyone with a strong initiation ability will build it. Riot no. It's going to become mandatory on AoE tanks. This is a very bad idea.
I imagine that strong initiation ap tanks might take it. Btw, i think rocket belt pushs you, wouldnt that fit more with force staff.
This item is in no way, shape or form, Blink Dagger. It is more comparable with a Force Staff that has fantastic stats.
Im sure pantheon will build this motherfucker. It gives hp for christ sake.
