You know what I think?
I think the same people bitching about dynamic queue are the same people that used to bitch about solo queue.
I think the same people claiming premades are somehow holding them back are the same people that claimed their random teammates were holding them back.
I think the same people claiming they "wouldn't mind longer queue" times with ranked teambuilder or two separate ranked queues would be the first ones on the forums complaining about long queue times (and they would be significantly longer).
I think the same people complaining about ELO boosting were complaining about ELO boosting with duo queue as well - because that has literally not changed at all.
I think the end result from dynamic queue is exactly the same as pre-dynamic queue. I have 20 friends on my list in this game and they are all the same rank they were last season. The only person that's changed is myself and I've only improved a couple of ranks. I also only queue solo so don't try and accuse me of being boosted by premades.
I think people act like premades have some kind of advantage, and maybe they do at high ELO, but for 90% of the playerbase premades still play like solo queue players and it still comes down to micro trades between individuals. It probably means even less in high ELO tbh because everyone there knows how to play the game and knows what to do regardless of what communication is going on.
I think Riot realized it wouldn't matter in the grand scheme of things if people used solo queue or dynamic queue - people would still end up where they belong. They chose one over the other because it's a more flexible option and I think their calculations were correct.
I think this playerbase in general likes to create presumptions and stances on issues without actually examining said issues. This place is as bad as Facebook comments on literally any political article online.
Downvote away bitches.
