Help me choose my Jungler.

Its like if you don't take Lee sin or Elise you might as well go tank because all you'll be doing is facetanking all the extremely mobile laners. Godyr can't get in range before he is cc'd or kited to oblivion and that's pretty insane considering his move speed. Volis passive does nothing and can't get in range. Jax doesn't turn on until late game but his early game is super weak and susceptible to one CC or just walking away from him. It feels like if I'm not in a bush waiting as Lee Zac or Elise I have no impact on my laners unless the enemy laner is just really dumb and even then they can usually just trounce off half the time. Maybe I'm bad at jg but I get lvl 4 with a CC and head to a pushed in lane and try to do some damage and it never works out. Everyone is just toooo mobile compared to the junglers at this point. So who am I missing here on jungle that doesn't have this issue aside from the permanent pick Lee Zac Elise. Is that just the only people you can jungle with and have enough of an impact that you can sway the game in your teams favor?

I play Yi sometimes and consider him pretty good but even I'm stuck saying this is disgusting. Its like maining Darius or Illaoi in bronze 5 when you are diamond 1 main. J4 was next on my list to checkout I'm gonna look at him pretty soon.

Voli and Udyr are both juggernauts, of course they're slow.

Jax is a lategame champion, so he's not great... But he has a 1 second AoE stun (thus giving it a little more than melee range), a decent ranged gapcloser, as well as the highest base movespeed in the game (355)

Many divers and assassins have decent mobility along with CC.

I feel like every laner has an inherent advantage against a jungler at this point. Like the jungler alone is too weak to 1v1 anyone in the enemy team even if you have been farming equal level etc. I'm just wondering if there are any champs that don't feel that way. I know Lee Sin can dish it out 1 v 1, Elise can somewhat but more so for ganks and Zac is the instawin king but he's pretty much permabanned. Yi feels good but he gets banned 50% of games. So I'm looking for a backup choice that doesn't just feel like stun right click feed when he comes to a lane. Mid laners can't be ganked out right now (Syndra has a rather OP super kitey stun always has, Ahri has charm combo if you don't dodge, Ziggs will W himself away, Ori is the only easily ganked one but can sometimes turn it, Fizz double dutch). Bot laners are pretty impossible to gank (Lucian Dash, Cait E and traps, Twitch Stealth and run which isn't always that effective but can still get him out, Trist W). Top lane is somewhat easy to gank but almost useless to attempt because of the broken champs that occupy the top lane carry meta half the games. Rekton, Fiora, Illaoi will just ult, Darius is usually juggernaut enough. So Yi can gap close with his Q like Lee can and Elise can stun. Jarvan has his demacia which would work for a gap close. Jax is alright but still low impact and gets absolutely trashed in team fights no matter his build. If anyone is good at jungle and has some tips add me and give me some advice. I always end up 1/1 KDA or negative cause I always end up being the engage and getting blown to shit so any advice would be welcome.
