A guy is telling me Lucian is the best ADC

Is this true? I feel like he is still over shadowed by Trist, Jinx, Vayne, Draven and arguably cait since rework. What would be your tier lists for the aDCS ATM?

Lucian is very strong right now, yes. He does very well against Trist, Jinx, Vayne, and Caitlyn, because of his early strength and mobility. He can generally out trade all of them. He doesn't scale as well though (excluding cait obvs), so his job is to crush in the 30 minute mark or he generally loses.

Graves is the strongest (obviously), followed by Lucian (who benefits a lot from Essence Reaver and the change in his ult to fire a fixed amount of shots).

Miss Fortune is right now, but Lucian is second best (I think new Graves is more of a toplaner/jungler). All 3 of these are getting nerfed next patch so Lucian may move down in the rankings a little but he'll probably still be top 5 marksman.
