Stop playing champs that just got reworked or released in ranked.

Seriously. Give the champ enough time for everyone to figure out how they work. Tired of going into a game after they first pick a new champ or rework, like eve, and end up feeding all game. IT's the same thing as practicing a champ in ranked for ranked.

It's very simple. New champions/reworks should be disabled in ranked for 1 week and un-bannable in Normal Draft for 1 week. I hate when something new gets perma-banned because nobody wants to take time to learn how to play with/as/against something new.

a single person plays eve and you have to come on here and cry about it? your bot was friggin fed as hell, that jung could have been any champ and you would have lost.

When i feel like i´m able to play her ranked i´ll do. Not gonna let a stranger tell me what to pick and what not to. Also i could first pick a Darius in a ranked game, there´s literally no difference.

This is probably the tenth post like this I've seen in my years here. Maybe even more. People are selfish assholes, they don't care about their team, they only care about themselves. Personally, I think that selfish behavior in ranked should be punished as trolling (because it fucking is trolling) but apparently I'm just too competitive...for ranked...ya...#logic.

Riot needs to take a fucking look at Overwatch and see how to actually run an online game. I'm pretty sure Blizzard actually looked at this game for an exact idea of what NOT to do...

just ban her if it bothers you that much. eve is banned every game i play anyways

Bladerunner777710/15/2017, 3:11:33 AM4 votes

that's how they get reliable stats for champions; ranked, where people actually try.

Yeah. A first time reworked Eve lost me a promo game. Some people just don't care enough about their teams and play whatever they want without thinking how it could negatively impact the other players.

I have no idea why this got upvoted when eve out of all the reworks is by far the easiest to understand

Narwhaul10/14/2017, 10:21:42 PM3 votes

I mean. Normals are there for a reason. Do high elo players play newly released champs in ranked? I mean I'm asking idk.

Altered10/14/2017, 10:36:47 PM3 votes

Well, to be honest, it has been 4 days ish. Maybe the guy has played his ass off practising eve in normals and that was his first game in ranked and he underperformed. And to really get better at a champ you just have to play that champ against people of your skill level, so ranked is the best place for that. I personally feel like you just need to get to know the kit a bit (for example, some practice tool and a few normal games) before you can play a champ in ranked. You don't have to be an expert at a champ to play him in ranked, because ranked is for increasing your skill level at a champ as well.

PBE exists and people bring things into ranked they are comfortable playing. I'm almost 100% positive that Eve did not pick her just to "try her out".

PBE exists y know?

LXII10/15/2017, 9:58:10 AM3 votes

Real tired of hearing about this.

Maybe you need 30 games on a champ to know how they work, but not all of us do. This game doesn't have a single champion that is so intricate you can't have a working understanding of them after a full game or two. There is no Invoker in League. I, as well as countless others, watch a ton of videos on these champs before they come out. We've already thought out builds. We know what we're doing. Just because you're not comfortable with your ability to do the same doesn't mean we need to lock champions out of ranked for a week or whatever when they change.

That person that fed in your game? They either A) suck in general or B) had a bad game. Either way, their choice of champion wasn't the only factor.

But........... the game gives you a ban no matter what why dont you just ban the reworked or new champ?

KindredAndWolf10/15/2017, 2:26:39 AM1 votes

DO NOT PLAY NEW EVE IN RANKED SHE NEEDS ALOT OF CHANGES TO BE VIABLE, DONT PICK EVE DONT PICK EVE DONT PICK EVE

kz1e10/15/2017, 6:52:06 PM1 votes

how about you stop f**king telling people who they can or cannot play.

P.S: losing a league of legends game isn't the end of the world. here's a suggestion - go outside more often.

Tisukirves10/17/2017, 4:19:30 AM1 votes

This would be a valid point if normal draft wasn't an absolute unplayable cesspool.
