I'm in silver 2 and it seems like every game there is either a diamond smurf (This happened twice they both had crazy win rates), or an person who has never played azir in 600 games on his account and that match he beats me by 120 cs and has a 8-1 score at 19 minutes and ends the game. Do they ever do anything about people boosting accounts? I just rpted the azir for cheating.
Sounds like you need to bruteforce your way up with Xerath.
Easiest champ to climb with. Safe. Lots of damage. Lots of range.
Also I gain like 30 lp per win on this account. I skipped two divisions already.

So you reported people for smurfing....while smurfing? This is why ACTUAL silver 2s have so much trouble in the final month: to them, it's blind luck on who gets better smurfs

What evidence do you have that he was playing someone else's account rather than an alt account of his own?
