Rek’Sai’s passive heal, her late game, and why is her ult dodge-able???

So I’m a rek’sai main and there are a few things about this wonderful champ that might need a little changing. As of right now she isn’t particularly too weak or too strong but she seems to shine in the early game and struggle a lot in the late game because of team fights. She has no way to survive them and unless you build full tank you’ll get melted in 2 seconds. Similar champs like vi, shyvana, warwick, and jarvan are much more effective being fighters who are able to deal a good amount of damage and still be very tanky. Vi and j4 get shields, ww gets really good damage reduction (like 40% reduction) and shyvana has free resistances and can be a dragon. If rek’sai had something to help her stay alive for a little longer in team fights it would help her match the other fighters in her category. What I think would really help is if they made her passive heal scale much higher into the late game. Early to mid game, her passive is a measly heal but it helps her stay healthy in the jungle. Late game it is just too weak to make any difference. If it scaled to be a much heftier heal you could use it for sustain in late game team fights rather than it being just for jungle camps. Rek’Sai’s passive right now is pretty lacking but this would make it much better and help her late game without affecting her early game. Aside from her passive, her kit is really good...but there’s one thing about her ultimate that makes absolutely no sense. Why...Why the fk did they make her ultimate move so easily dodge-able? I don’t get it. You can’t dodge nocturne’s ultimate, you can’t dodge vi’s ultimate, and you can’t dodge lee sin’s q second cast (and he’s also blind). I hope they make her ultimate more reliable.
