Bad Match making leading up to increasing players toxicity level

Is it being done intentionally or not by Riot? I dont know but to me it almost feels that way, cause it feels like their only treating the problem not the actual cause of the issue.

What I'm finding, and this is rather hilarious, is that lyte is going to "take away ranked rewards for toxicity" when they don't even have a working system that correctly identifies toxic players, the cause of it, etc. They think their system is flawless when it's heavily flawed. they need to first fix the system to correctly identify toxic, racially motivated hate speech,etc first and then go after a ban system

cause taking away a virtual reward is proper punishment for being toxxic? not liek that will make them act better. they will just make a smurf and do it there.

Yea the current punishment system is really flawed,and I agree they refuse to fix it cause they say its perfect and that they perform updates regularly, which is their way of actually dodging the issue it self, but theirs no way to get them to actually make a different system for handling player bad behavior, cause they just ban those they choose too whether the person is really toxic or just reported for being toxic by smurf trolls.
