Get rid of this 4 strikes nonsense and do 1 chat ban then perm ban. I guarantee you will see people stop being toxic.
And just instant perma people who are int feeding. And i dont mean int feeding as in doing bad i mean int feeding as walking down lane into people and dying.

So how do you end the toxicity that could cause this toxicity? An AFK needs to be treated the same way. Too many trips to LPQ and banned.
Chat is not the only thing toxic in this game and it's not even the worst when there is a mute button. You can't mute AFK's.

Eh. AFK is kind of hard to ban for because there are times when things come up or the electric goes out. If it happens consistently then I would say go for it.

They don't get LPQ unless it's consistently. Things do not come up if you are responsible and allow the time to play. A freak power outage won't give you LPQ as long as you aren't leaving games to begin with. They can prove this yet they don't ban for, IMO the most toxic thing in online gaming.
RIOT's punishment system at best is inconsistent and needs a serious overhaul.
